เพิ่งได้อ่านบทความของเพื่อนชาวอเมริกันที่รู้จักกันมาหลายปี เคยมาเรียนจัดไฟกับผม และก็ยังติดต่อกันอยู่เสมอมา ปลายปีนี้ก็จะไปทำงานด้วยกันที่เนปาล เค้าเขียนเกี่ยวกับเรื่องที่ว่า ทำอย่างไรให้ลูกค้ากลับมาใช้บริการของช่างภาพบางคนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ แต่ไม่กลับมาหาช่างภาพหลายๆ คน เท่าที่อ่าน ก็ได้ความคิดที่ดีเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้ว่า “เราไม่ได้ขายแค่ภาพที่ถ่ายออกมา
